The lounge area also features pull-out couches, providing additional sleeping space, allowing each apartment to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules:
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Respect for Nature: We ask that all guests respect the land and the fynbos, preserving the natural beauty of the area.
- Noise Restrictions: Please respect the peace of the surroundings by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
- No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the premises.
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest houses.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will be refunded 50% for all nights.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% for all nights.
- No Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged for the full stay.
