2 weeks agoIdeal place for a family holiday. Service was excellent and place is well kept. The guys at reception were very helpful and courteous. Chek in and check out was very quick. Will visit again. Keep it up. Thanks.

2 weeks agoBest Family Resort in the Western Cape. Location is perfect, rooms perfect size and holds all required, cleaning service could be better I.e. did not dispose of the empty snack packets on pedestals, however they ensure the essential tasks are attended to. Love the addition of the porter service.

a week agoWorst resort to visit if you are looking for a quiet place to rest!! Private functions for the staff from the casino on your doorstep with loud music throughout the day Don't bother to complain about it at reception ... it is what it is because the staff gets the benefit and the guests are paying for their fun and entertainment ... cool!! You simply just pay your annual levy for spending your days somewhere OUTSIDE the resort if you are one of the weird guests who expected a peaceful time of rest and traveled 1000+ kilometers!! Totally unacceptable The unit needs maintenance on the bathrooms & doors/shutters. The guests must assist with water consumption but the plug outlet of the bath tub does not seal at all ... only 1 of the issues No inventory check list was given to us even after we requested it from reception The rules stipulated that nobody should smoke on their patios or will be fined, but all around us people are smoking in the open ... it's a joke The no noise policy doesn't mean anything if your neighbors return to the unit at 4am with NO respect for the other guests who would like to sleep ... but oh yes this should not be a surprise if the Resort can't even keep to their own "no noise" policy

a month agoWe recently stayed at Club Mykonos Resort for a week, and it was an incredible experience for the entire family! The kids absolutely loved it – there was an endless array of activities to keep them entertained. Even after a week, they still didn't get to try everything! From the beautiful beach and pool areas to the fun-filled kids’ clubs and recreational facilities, Club Mykonos truly has a bit of everything for everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect family getaway!

a month agoLovely place for families with kids. The restaurants are reasonable, but the carnival/theme park is exploitatively priced. The place is safe, and staff are professional and helpful. The rooms are okay. Basic, but have most of what you need practically.
