Experience the Zest of Summer with this Spiced Pineapple Cocktail

As the summer heat rises, we’re thrilled to share a tantalizing Spiced Pineapple Cocktail recipe that promises to be the life of your summer gatherings. This creation blends the tropical sweetness of pineapple with a spicy kick that’ll leave your taste buds dancing.

Hopefield’s Spiced Pineapple Cocktail Recipe


  • 80 ml fresh lime juice (from about 3 limes), plus wedges for serving
  • 45 ml agave nectar or honey
  • 240 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple cubes
  • 60 ml triple sec (If you don’t have triple sec handy, you can substitute with another good-quality orange liqueur like Cointreau. For a non-alcoholic substitute you can add fresh orange juice.)
  • 80 ml tequila
  • 480 ml ice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder (its not as eina as it sounds)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt


  1. Stir together lime juice and agave nectar; add to a blender, along with pineapple juice, pineapple, triple sec, tequila, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. In a small shallow bowl or saucer, combine chili powder, sugar, and salt.
  4. Rub a lime wedge around the rims of 4 glasses, then dip glasses in the spice mix to coat.
  5. Divide the drink among glasses and serve with lime wedges.
